Hours of Operation
* Effortless English, LLC office is open Monday – Friday 9a.m. – 5p.m. PST
* We close for all U.S. government observed holidays
This policies and procedures applies to the following Effortless English Products & Programs
Power English Lessons, Original Effortless English Lessons, Success Business English Lessons, VIP English Program.
Billing Address
* Billing address must be the same as used for your credit card statements.
Refunds* 100% money back guarantee covers price of product only for 30 days from date of purchase.
* Customers must contact our support department by email or regular mail within 30 days of purchase: members@effortlessenglish.org
* Once a refund request is received the refund process will take no more than 30 days from the date the request was made. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card. PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
* FOR VIP Program ONLY: Cancel anytime. As this is a monthly series with new videos and lessons each month, no refunds are allowed. You may cancel at anytime.
* Excessive refunds will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than once.
2X Refund After 6 Months
* If customers feel that the lessons have been a total waste of time and apply for the double, they may be asked to provide documentation and to sign an affidavit or other legal documents. Customers may be liable for civil and criminal penalties should the statements provided be proven a willful attempt to defraud.
* To obtain the 2X refund, customers must swear that they used the lessons as recommended, at least 1 hour daily, for the full 6 month period.
* The 2x refund is not available for the VIP Program. Customers may cancel VIP membership at any time by emailing: members@effortlessenglish.org
* The 2x refund is sent by Paypal only. Customers must have or create a Paypal account to receive the double refund after 6 months of using the lessons consistently.
* To obtain the 2x refund, customers must request the refund after 180 days of purchase date and before 210 days of purchase date.
Personal Checks and Money Orders
* We do not accept personal checks nor money orders. Payment must be by credit card or Paypal only. Note- VIP Monthly purchases are by credit card only- Paypal is not available for this program.
