Christian…. great question. No need to read the same book many times. Just read MANY books that are EASY. It’s a great idea to read a series of books, such as the Hardy Boys series… because a lot of the vocabulary will be repeated in each book– which will give you deep learning.

Very excellent conversation but it needs more explanation as you were doing in this video because our speakers are native English speakers, for this reason I suggest if you select two of our good students from the forum speak more little slowly to make a conversation in a video I think it will be more effective for us to understand them and gradually you can increase the speed of speaking to be like Tony, Frank and John.
From this conversation I have understood as a conclusion
that the first success for any person even if it will be very small success it will be

Hi..the video technique is wonderful..it really works improwing understanding of quite difficult English expressions. I like it , it isn’t boring and I can write down some notes while listening.
I’m very busy, so I can just follow you rarely..I still have to read and listen all the mails you sent to me in the past. Hello Mr AJ! thank you very much for the e-mails and videos, they are such wonderful and effective, my problem is, i really can’t speak english specially in conversations, when i talk to someone in english, sometimes i pause a while. specially on job interviews. i felt disapointed and upset after. but i realy work on that problem by memorizing my spiels.. but not all the questions in interviews are the same right? so i keep on failing.. i really dying to learn english free talking or what they call on it. or i can express myself in english clearly with confidence..

Your method of learning is pretty much what I have been naturally using for many years that is learning from TV, radio and so on instead of learning by heard boring rules of English.

I think once you are on your way to success,there is the certain point when,even if you have FEAR,you understand that there is no way back,just your chosen path in front of you. There is no guarantee to get where you want,but no way back,no choice. Never surrend!I think that when we make a decision to go ahead,we virtually have to ‘burn bridges’,you certainly loose something,but you get a bigger reward,and first of all a great satisfaction of yourself,your growth(for me sometimes it matters even more than money).
